We're Off To See The Wizard

If you haven't been able to tell by now, I love making Wizard of Oz signs. This series took a lot of thinking and planning out. Of course once you read them, the darn songs will be stuck in your head...no need for a youtube video this time! LOL

Do you remember in the movie when the Scarecrow sang this song?

    Morning Dee! I love the Wizard of Oz and you make great signs with quotes from the characters. I recently listened to an audio book version of Gregory Maguire's novel, Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West. Good but dark, its about what happened to make her so grumpy and wicked! Very creative and intriguing with the social and political culture of the region of OZ. Kat S.

    Kat,

    I so love the Wizard of Oz. The movie is so complex and can have many interpretations that are political or you can take it at just face value. So deep!

    And maybe Dorothy was right...There's No Place Like Home!
